Youth and Family Organizations
To empower parents and children with the skills and tools for success, Michelle created programs currently used in YMCA's youth and family programs. Focusing on choices, character and communication helps families create stronger and better relationships as well as equip their children with the skills necessary for success.

Leadership
We can only authentically model and give to others what we first give and authentically live and give ourselves. In order to inspire and lead others to their fullest potential and create an environment of growth and creativity we need to create a safe space where connections and creativity can flourish.

Meeting new people can be scary. Especially when single and starting over after a lifetime of marriage, family and kids. With the right mindset, energy and communication skills it can be fun and exciting. There are lots of wonderful people out there. Michelle recommends focusing on and creating a community and tribe of healthy relationships first. This builds a strong social foundation that helps you be the most authentic version of yourself and eventually meet that "match".
