Have you ever felt that you're not able to bring your best self "YOU" to the table? We've all felt that way - at home, work,

and with the people and things we love.  Connection and belonging are universal needs.  It's how we are wired - and how we thrive.  Through her programs, speaking and coaching Michelle Weber provides insights and practical tools to empower employees, teens and families with the skills and self-confidence that allows us all to communicate and connect at a deeper level, increase personal engagement and performance at work and home.

Through the Social Ambassador Leadership Program and the "LET'S TALK!" PROJECT Michelle brings customized experiential learning programs to families, corporate, and nonprofit organizations teaching the fundamental skills that are the foundations of engagement and connecting with others, creating better performance and results - at both home and at work. 

Michelle has spent nearly thirty years, creating programs and products with the mission of setting people and organizations up for success. Michelle held management roles in Washington, DC for Hyatt Hotels and later the NRA; creating their grassroots Membership and Business Alliance Programs while running their Clubs and Associations Department. Other organizations she’s worked with are the Smithsonian Institute, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), the Air Force Association, and the National Guard.
